ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Charles “Chucky” Blanchard was born and lived in Colby, Wisconsin until he was eighteen years old. In 1963, he moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota where he has worked as a mechanic, repo-man, credit manager, bartender and dog-trainer. He is a Viet Nam era veteran of the U.S. Army. 



Mr. Blanchard started writing when he was fifty-eight. His first book, Colby Stories: Tales of a Paperboy, was published in 2008; his second, Beyond Colby: A Journey into the Unknown, was published in 2011. He lives with his wife, Joan, in Roseville, Minnesota.
